By winning this bid over three other select bidders, EMMC once again placed its faith in NOD to deliver on time—and despite delays due to unforeseen existing conditions, we did not disappoint.
Working inside the unfinished, bare-earth ground floor of EMMC’s Webber West, NOD installed new under slab utilities and a new slab using HEPA filtration/negative pressure ventilation and CO2 monitoring and by working night shifts to avoid disturbing adjacent patients and lab operations. The result is a beautifully finished 11,000 SF suite delivered on time and on budget.
