NOD constructed an approximately 3000 SF, single-story administration facility with partial basement on a virgin site.
Site development and infrastructure included: the geothermal wells, utilities, structural work including a foundation to frame, a finished insulated building envelope including exterior doors and windows, blocks for future hose bibs and light fixtures, exterior cladding, exterior trim, roofing, chimney, and roof penetrations. A reinforced vapor barrier and loose fill cellulose insulation provided at the bottom chords of the trusses.
