Nickerson & O’Day, Inc., (NOD) and WBRC Architects and Engineers partnered on the design and construction of the impressive 101,000 SF Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ). The JFHQ is a long-overdue replacement of the existing Camp Keyes Facility.

The new facility will be home to Army and Air Guard personnel who are responsible for providing operations, logistics, intelligence, and support to the Maine National Guard.

The 43-acre project site is located adjacent to Civic Center Drive and the Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery. The project required the rerouting of the Blue Star Memorial Highway.
