In October 2011, Nickerson & O’Day, Inc, (NOD) was selected to perform a complete renovation and addition to the existing kitchen and dining facility. Scope included a new administrative area, dishwashing room, bakery, pizza oven with cooking equipment, Stop and Go store, ADA-accessible restrooms, and student storage for holding book bags while they are eating. To service the new kitchen, NOD also constructed a new updated loading dock with a material handling elevator.
