Clara Swan Fitness Center – Husson University

Named after the undisputed matriarch of Husson, the Clara Swan Fitness Center provides a state-of-the-art venue for student recreational fitness and athletic training activities alike.  Nickerson & O’Day’s initial design-development budget was so far under the funding available that the initial design concepts were augmented to provide additional space and air conditioning.  The final cost came in 6% under budget and it was completed over a month early.
