This is a two-story, 28,000 SF building with 32 units of affordable senior housing. The building also has 7600 SF of basement area used for storage and mechanical systems. Each of the two main floors has a common space for community gatherings. Amenities include an elevator, wireless internet service, baseboard hot water heating, sprinkler system, and emergency generator.
