Nickerson & O’Day, Inc., was selected as Construction Manager at Risk to completely renovate the existing 4800 SF clinic. The project included a complete gut of the existing building, extensive structural repair, and new electrical and HVAC systems. The project’s duration was shortened to just three months from start to finish as a means of minimizing the impact to the Owner.
