After initially being the low bidder and working successfully with the Brewer Housing Authority to “value engineer” and redesign the project to within budget, NOD was informed by the funding agency that the project would need to be re-bid all the same! Undeterred, NOD was the successful bidder on the second bid and went on to construct this 14,000 SF multi-use facility on time, and even surprise the project namesake Jean Lyford with our donated lobby naming plaque.
