By winning the bid against four other competitors, Nickerson & O’Day was awarded the contract for the new $1.4 million Blue Hill Country Club clubhouse.
This facility was built on the site of the existing building, which was razed in September 2007 to make room. After extensive ledge blasting, the new structure began to take shape. Incorporating an open-air approach, this design takes full advantage of the sweeping vistas afforded by the course landscape and the beautiful Blue Hill Bay adjacent to the project site. This project was completed as scheduled for June, 2008 in time for the new golf season.
