The athenahealth Building #2 project involved the renovation of 25,000SF of space in an existing, operational office complex. The scope included all new finishes, major electrical and lighting upgrades and improvements to the thermal envelope.
The Building #2 renovation represented phase 3 of a planned four to five-phase “extreme make-over” of the old MBNA complex in Belfast.
