“Time is of the essence” was the topic for this project. Athena Health had been growing at an unwavering rate and needed room to expand. Fast track building is one of Nickerson & O’Day’s many specialties. With only six months to complete, Athena Health gave Nickerson & O’Day the notice to proceed with construction on this 60,000 SF building makeover. Coordinating the skylight installation, custom sawn ash millwork, and unique epoxy flooring were just a few obstacles Nickerson & O’Day had to power through for the success of this project.
