In 2000, Nickerson & O’Day (NOD) was hired by the United Methodist Church in Orono to install an elevator in an existing space. Despite unforeseen conditions in the foundation that involved major changes, NOD was still able to deliver this project under budget.
The church then asked us to perform several smaller projects including restoration of wood columns.
