As a result of Nickerson & O’Day’s very successful effort when building its new commons, Husson College again turned to us for pre-construction and construction management services for its new meeting house.

Now complete, this $13.1 million facility houses the state-of-the-art, 550-seat Gracie Theater, a first-ever Alumni Center, a grand entry foyer, and balcony and a new 2-story academic wing to accommodate Husson’s fast-growing program and student body. The project was built on a fast-track, design-during-construction, guaranteed maximum price/time-and-materials basis with the academic and theater/alumni sections separated into two phases. The accelerated, fast-track academic wing was completed in August of 2008.
