The Brewer Community School is a 155,000 SF, two-story, Pre-K through 8 school supported by an 1100-student cafeteria, a 500-seat auditorium, a large-scale outdoor running track, and ball fields. The project is designed to LEED Silver standards, incorporating high-efficiency lighting and HVAC systems throughout the building. This project was bid at more than $4 million under budget and is currently the largest Pre-K through 8 school in Maine.
