Not just the first branch in the new Brewer Professional Park but also the first BFCU branch outside of the city of Bangor, this construction project faced many startup challenges including major wetlands and bringing in utilities via an undeveloped street.
The construction featured a large classic New England glazed cupola and was the first building in the area to use the exterior up end method of siding which lent to its strong presence in this high visibility location.
