EMHS selected Nickerson & O’Day as their CM@Risk to renovate their existing facility and construct a 5400 SF addition to their operational medical office building. Challenges included a tight budget and schedule (new providers were being added to the practice), and the requirement that the existing medical office building remained in operation throughout construction. NOD was able to accomplish this addition and renovation using a fast-track schedule while maintaining original quality and still saving the Owner over $100,000.
